Near the end of April this year, Ninja in Pajamas parted ways with the old roster and signed with the rising Chicken Fighters team, which included Akbar “SoNNeikO” Butaev. SoNNeikO has now been dropped from the team.
SoNNeikO is best known for playing for Natus Vincere when the team revived, but later, the youngster became the captain of his own team, named Chicken Fighters (CF). CF performed impressively in the early days, defeating Team Nigma, Team Spirit, Team Liquid and many more before being recruited by Ninjas in Pajamas for the year. After that, the tournaments changed to online format and NiP no longer kept the best results of the previous one. So the team decided to remove SoNNeikO from NiP.
I am out from nip ! Thanks to my teammates for good days

Confirming on his Twitter account, SoNNeikO said he has left the team and is no longer in contact with the organization or the other players. Kyle “Kyle” Freedman spoke out on Twitter about NiP’s poor behavior, then showed how polite SoNNeikO was.
Sonneiko is too polite so I’ll say it; hey @NiPGaming, this is a really, REALLY bad move. https://t.co/03Cn7RW5HA

At the time of writing, the NiP roster is down to four people as follows:
- Charlie ‘CharlieDota’ Arat
- Ondřej ‘Supream’ tarha
- Jonáš ‘SabeRLight’ Volek
- Adrian ‘Era’ Kryeziu
NiP doesn’t have a schedule for the upcoming tournaments, and we’ll probably see a replacement or stand-in for the old captain when the team returns to action. Now, SoNNeikO will not have a team, but with the talent he possesses, it is likely that he will find a new destination soon.
