CSGO: OG announces new roster led by Aleksib

OG CSGO - Emergenceingame

The famous OG organization in Dota 2 has officially entered CSGO with a lineup that includes Aleksi “Aleksib” Virolainen and Nathan “NBK-” Schmitt.

This news has been rumored for more than two months, with multiple sources stating that Aleksib and NBK- are the decision makers on the selection of members for OG.

All the pieces of the team came together after the team had trouble finding the AWPer. At first, OG intended to use Elias “Jamppi” Olkkonen – but according to reports he was linked to a VAC-hit account – before choosing Mateusz “mantuu” Wilczewski of ALTERNATE aTTaX.

Most of the roster didn’t play after the StarLadder Major: NBK- was replaced by shox in Vitality, Aleksib gave way to suNny at ENCE, and HellRaisers used a Russian-speaking roster so ISAA was substituted. .

Meanwhile, Valdemar “valde” Bjørn Vangså quietly left the North roster after DreamHack Masters Malmö, marking the end of his IGL role. This position of his will no longer be used in OG because Aleksib will be in charge.

OG’s lineup is as follows:

Finland Alexander “Aleksib” Virolainen
France Nathan “NBK-” Schmitt
Denmark Valdemar “valde” Bjørn Vangså
Jordan Issa “ISSAA” Murad
United Kingdom Mateusz “mantuu” Wilczewski
