Blizzard's original concept of Death Knights in Hearthstone

IGN had a chance to chat with Mike Donais and Dean Ayala about the recent Death Knights update. They gave many original ideas about the Death Knight cards and some drawings of them.

The following information is a summary of the conversation:

Lord Jaraxxus is one of their favorite cards. For a long time, they wanted to create more similar cards
They didn’t like reusing Lord Jaraxxus’ effects, so it was necessary to design a new card type to create a unique experience for this update.
At first they decided not to change the total health (health total) and instead add armor – armor to make them more interesting.
Sometimes, the post doesn’t change the design much except for the parameters. This doesn’t apply to Death Knights – everything changes.
Hero power at the beginning of Valeera the Hollow is “Discovered a secret from any class”
Hero power at the beginning of Deathstalker Rexxar is “Deal 2 damage to all enemies”
Zombeasts can initially get minions from any class. However, “getting a few Taunts of the Warrior class is a bit too much”.
Deathstalker Rexxar yes Battlecry create and summon a Zombie.
They love the job Bloodreaver Gul’dan growing stronger as more Demons are added in the battle.
A hero power version of Shadowreaper Anduin is to revive a friendly minion (allies) that died earlier in the game.
Shadowform works with Sharedowreaper Anduin has been considered.
The idea at first, Frost Lich Jaina give Elements in the deck, on the table and in the hand +2/+2 (+2 attack and 2 health)

Another version of Frost Lich Jaina is summon out 2 Water Elemental.
A hero power version of Frost Lich Jaina based on the number of minions killed. Every time a power hero kills a minion, it will take additional damage (damage), not summoning Water Elemetnal as it does now.
