The highly anticipated sequel, The Last of Us Part 2, was released this past June. Like its predecessor, the game received rave reviews from critics. With a focus on story development, action, and enemies, it’s no surprise that HBO is filming The Last of Us.

Based on the images obtained, it seems that the set area is being modeled after the city of Boston in the original game.
