During the recent Facebook Connect event, Facebook boss Mark Zuckerberg suddenly announced that GTA: San Andreas will launch a VR version exclusively for the Oculus Quest 2 virtual reality headset.
Specifically, during the recent Facebook Connect event, the tech giant confirmed that Rockstar’s favorite open-world game, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, will appear in Oculus Quest 2. PlayStation has revealed that it’s working on its next generation of VR, and it could launch in time for the 2022 holiday season. It’s a little surprising that Rockstar hasn’t taken a clear path with GTA V, when this game has a first person perspective, it is very suitable for developing the VR version.
