Is there a character who faked his own death in ‘Avengers: Infinity War?’

Known as “the deceitful god” – Loki have died many times in the cinematic universe Marvel. However, he was immediately able to return unharmed. Although in a recent interview, the actor who played Loki – Tom Hiddleston confirmed that the “god of deception” journey has officially ended. But the fans still: don’t believe it.

Recently, a fairly famous fan theory was circulated on Reddit and it was related to Loki’s “death” earlier in the game. Thor: The Dark World. Theories suggest that Loki may have faked his own death again in Avengers: Infinity War.

“I’m not sure if anyone else has posted this, but this is one of the most convincing theories I’ve found surrounding Loki’s ‘death’.

Loki is a right-handed person. If you look, in the movies from Thor 1 to Avengers 1 to Ragnarok, he’s all held in his right hand. Loki holds a weapon and a right, of course, with his right hand.
Only twice did he use his left hand (which I found). The first was when he faked his death in Thor: The Dark World. You can see him holding a dagger in his left hand throughout the entire scene. The second time, when Loki stabbed Thanos.

So maybe Loki turned into an illusion to face Thanos. As in the past, Loki used his illusions to fight the Dark Elves. Just like when looking in the mirror, all images will be opposite to real life, so Loki becomes left-handed. So this hypothesis is also quite convincing. Is Loki’s illusion killed at the beginning of Infinity War and is Loki really in disguise or hiding for a chance to turn the tables?”

Apparently, everyone has seen Loki “dead” in Thor: The Dark Worldbut later it turns out to be a fake death, while Loki actually took Odin’s place as king of Asgard.
Also, since Loki became a minion of Thanos in the movie Avengers First, if we think of someone who knows the Infinity Stones’ power best, it would be Loki. He uses the stone through his staff and he traps the space stone in Thor: Ragnarok, so Loki will most likely know how to get the stone back and defeat Thanos. If so, then dying at the beginning of the battle was a clever plan of Loki’s.

Of course, it is still suggested that Loki simply used the knife with his left hand because the Black Order was on the right and he didn’t want them to see his knife before he tried to stab Thanos. If things turned out as simple as that, then of course Loki would surely be dead.
