The “Father” of Just Cause reveals a new FPS with a dungeon full of demons

Avalanche Studios was founded in 2003 in Sweden, is the developer of the action adventure series Just Cause and Rage 2. Today this developer officially announced this name change Avalanche Studios Group, while also revealing a first look at its new game. Explaining the reason for the name change, Avalanche Studios Group said it did so to better distinguish the three creative divisions that make up the company, namely Avalanche Studios and its two subsidiaries Expansive Worlds, Systemic Reaction.​

Avalanche Studios will continue with major AAA projects like Just Cause or Rage, while Expansive Worlds will focus on outdoor simulation games like the theHunter series. Systemic Reaction is the publisher again, having previously released Generation Zero. They are currently developing a new game that has not been announced yet.​

Today, that new game was officially revealed through a 28-second teaser. There is not too much information in this teaser, we can only see the image of a dark cave in the middle of a snowy sky. The player goes into this cave, reloads and fires at the target in front of him. Although only appearing for a short moment, it is possible to see in front of the player some demons or mutant creatures, they are swarming in this cave.
