Stewie2k was named 30 Under 30 by Forbes magazine in the game category

Jake”Stewie2kYup is one of 30 names on Forbes’ annual 30 Under 30 list of games. 30 Under 30, a list of prominent people under the age of 30 in fields of activity from business, entrepreneurship, to social activities, science and technology, education, art, entertainment, sports, etc

This 20-year-old American player is the only name in CS: GO to be named in the 2019 list. This time, Stewie2k was nominated for his contributions to the North American Counter-Strike platform.

Outside Stewie2kwe also have other big esports names like Yiliang “Doublelift” Peng of Liquid (League of Legends), Lauren “Goddess” Williams (Rainbow Six: Siege), and Jason “Mew2King” Zimmerman (Super Smash Bros.)

“One of the most popular North American names in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, ‘Stewie’ helped land the region its first Major championship, when Cloud9 won the ELEAUGE Boston Major in January,” said Ho. His Forbes 30 Under 30 profile recorded. “Since then, he has transferred to the MIBR team, continuing to shine and come first at the ZOTAC Cup Masters in August.”

Last year, his current teammate Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo was named Forbes 30 Under 30 in the gaming category, along with Soren “Bjergsen” Bjerg (League). FalleN is known for reviving the Brazilian CS:GO scene, bringing them to the international scene.
