PUBG has finally added one of the most beloved features in the battle royale genre: the ping system.
The 30th update in the test server adds Radio Message – a message ping system that allows players to quickly communicate with their teammates using one of eight different messages.
With Radio Message, the player can warn the enemy and their distance, request ammo, or ping the direction they want to go. In addition, players can ping care packages or loot items they find on the floor to announce the exact location to teammates.
PC Players: Update #30 is now on the test server!

Currently, the new Radio Message feature is only available on the PC test server, but will soon be available on the official server. To open the Radio Message pane, the user needs to hold the middle roller. Teammates can turn off this feature from the Team Management screen.
In addition to the new ping system, this patch also introduces new vehicles, the Desert Eagle pistol, improved gas cans, and the ability to stick to walls, allowing players to climb onto nets or rooftops. The full update list can be found on the main website.
