On the occasion of Halloween 2019, Pokémon Go launched a quite attractive event, allowing players to bring back attractive items and the opportunity to collect rare Pokemon. Halloween 2019 event starts from October 17 – November 1, 2019.

From October 17, players can obtain additional dark Pokemon from Team GO Rocket. The following Pokémon will appear regularly at PokéStops: Weedle, Kakuna, Beedrill, Electabuzz, Magmar, Lapras, Mareep, Seedot, Nuzleaf, Sableye, Trapinch, Cacnea, Shippet, and Duskull. Also, if you’re lucky you might even come across a Shiny Yamask.
New character items to be sold in the Style Shop include: Zubat Backpack, Pikachu costume, Cubone hat, Litwick hat, and Mimikyu backpack.
To make Halloween more exciting, there will be more Pokemon dressed in Halloween costumes to appear in the matches. You will see Bulbasaur wearing a Shedinja outfit, and Charmander wearing a Cubone or Squirtle outfit in a Yamask outfit. In particular, you can also see Pikachu wearing a Mimikyu outfit in the wild.
During the event, players will receive rewards including: 2 Catch Candy, 2 Hatch Candy and 2 Transfer Candy. Too interesting, isn’t it?
