NoobFromUA’s popular YouTube channel focusing on gameplay highlights in Dota 2 was taken down by YouTube after violating up to 3 times DMCA (piracy). This request was made by the PGL of the tournament organizer.

But it looks like NoobFromUA’s YouTube channel has been reinstated after taking down the PGL copyrighted videos. This channel is famous for arbitrarily taking clips from official stream channels without permission, keeping the camera angles and comments of the caster in it. This is a direct violation of Valve’s Dota 2 narrative rules.
One of the biggest tournament organizers of Dota 2 and CS:GO – PGL – is not satisfied with their content being used in such a way. According to paragraph dialogue between the two sides launched from NoobFromUA, the PGL started by taking down two videos and posted one in violation of the DMCA and then requested to take down official English commentary videos or other videos belonging to the PGL. Any attempt to negotiate is ignored by the PGL, that is at the discretion of the organization. Before that, no English videos or clips were removed from the channel, so NoobFromUA’s YouTube channel was taken down. (but then NoobFromUA approved and took down the videos to restore his YouTube channel).
I am happy to see content thieves like @NoobFromUA getting their videos flagged. There are many just like him that steal the hard work & unique content that individuals/organisers commit their time/energy/finances to create in the first place.

Not saying highlight content is wrong, but if you take the voice of the casters and the camera work of the observers this is stealing. Valve also supports that statement by their recent posts. @NoobFromUA operated outside of the rules of valve so was rightly reported.

While NoobFromUA’s actions helped him to quickly become famous, his actions were described as stealing content and voiced by Toby “TobiWan” Dawson. TobyWan is always against any behavior related to “stealing content”.
