Updated ROS on 8/5/2019, added new content and optimized the experience

In the last updated version of Rules of Survival on April 24, 2019, there were some additional features of Cable Slip on Ghillie Island map and Bombing in GP Arena, but in this updated version, ROS only controls tweaked a bit with sniper guns as well as image quality.
