Top most viewed video game trailers of 2018

As 2018 comes to a close, it’s been a memorable year for the gaming industry, and let’s take a look at the most watched game trailers this year.

2018 was a strong year for the game market, with many super products being released during the year. Of course, each blockbuster comes with a trailer, and a list of the most viewed trailers of 2018 has been released. Before we begin, this list does not include the parameters of other channels. For example, if the trailer is viewed on a non-YouTube channel, it will not be counted.

While 2018 saw many great games, 2018 was definitely the year of Fortnite. This battle royale game peaked at the end of season 4 thanks to in-game events, so when the season 5 announcement trailer came out, it became the most viewed game trailer of 2018, with a total of 48.6 million views.
