Free Fire: 5 tips to win effectively in the new Rampage 2.0 mode

1. Choose the weapon that best suits your playing style

In Rampage 2.0 mode, you will be faced with 4 different weapon choices each match. Therefore, choose the weapon you use most skillfully or the one closest to your playing style. For example, if you are a player who likes melee combat then don’t ignore weapons like MP40 and M1887, there is no doubt that they are great in close combat.

2. Towards the Golden Box

Always try to get a Golden Box scattered across the map. By getting this golden box, your team will be buffed and kill the opponent easier. Not only that, for those who want to capture a stronghold, with the buff from the Golden Box, it will be more difficult for the enemies to take you down because of the buff you have.

3. Don’t focus on killing, focus on points

There are 3 places A, B, C on the map in Rampage 2.0 mode. When the match starts, one of these places will activate within 1 minute. During that time, players on both teams must try to capture this location to earn points for their team.

To be able to earn points in Rampage 2.0 mode, players need to defend the stronghold and survive. That’s why it’s not so important to kill your opponent and what you should do is put all your effort into defending the battlefield first.

4. Don’t be afraid to die

As mentioned above about killing doesn’t reward points, you should play more freely and don’t be afraid to die, especially if you want to take the stronghold from your opponent. This is because points are awarded for surviving in the stronghold area and not for killing enemies.

However, note that if players on both teams are in the stronghold, no points will be awarded. The first team with 100 points wins. If no team can reach this score within the time limit, the team with the higher score wins.

5. Be on guard when defending

Once you’ve captured a stronghold, try not to stay too far from where you’ve taken it. Instead, try to stay alive as long as you can and play defensively so your team can still earn points even without killing.
