The woman who stole Rockstar’s computer, allegedly containing information about GTA 6 with a value of 1.5 billion VND

A woman in Canada is facing charges of stealing Rockstar computer equipment.

A woman in Oakville, a town in southern Ontario located between Toronto and Hamilton, Canada, is facing charges of stealing $66,000 worth of computer equipment and accessories from Rockstar Games Toronto, the developer. The Grand Theft Auto series is based at 586 Argus Road in Oakville.

According to official reports, in addition to the theft that occurred at Rockstar, this woman is also suspected of being responsible for a number of car break-ins that resulted in similar stolen property. While the irony of a game developer like Rockstar Games falling victim to a major heist is remarkable, having been known for creating outlaw shooters like Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption.
