Forbidden One is one of the iconic cards of Yu-Gi-Oh, consisting of 5 cards: Exodia the Forbidden One, Right Leg of the Forbidden One, Left Leg of the Forbidden One, Right Arm of the Forbidden One and Left Arm of the Forbidden One. When the player has all 5 of these cards in his hand, the player will immediately win the game.

According to the share of Japanese Twitter user @KONBUmaster, that day he was going to the riverside to participate in some construction work here when he suddenly saw something floating towards him. After looking closely, it turned out to be 1 Yu-Gi-Oh cards, a few more cards like that followed shortly after. KONBUmaster quickly pulled them out of the water, although they were soaked and the edges were slightly curled, but overall still usable.

KONBUmaster also picked up a card bag that came with these cards, so it’s possible someone dropped them in the river. The story of KONBUmaster has made many fans immediately think of the episode in the manga/anime Yu-Gi-Oh when the villain Weevil throws Forbidden One’s cards Yugi off the deck, only Weevil threw them into the sea, not the river.
