AdmiralBulldog had the most impressive Nature Prophet performance of his entire career. Unable to counter AdmiralBulldog’s splitpush, Cloud9 tried to counterattack by hitting Alliance’s base. Unfortunately, that didn’t work out and allowed Alliance to knock Cloud9 out of the tournament.
Evil Geniuses vs. EHOME The International, semi-final winner, Game 1
Prior to The International 7, Evil Geniuses had all finished in the top 3 at dota 2 tournaments. But winning the upper bracket semi-finals at The International was undoubtedly one of their most impressive and rewarding matches.
In this intense match, Evil Geniuses almost had to be relegated to Chinese opponent EHOME. Having lost all barracks and the mega creeps constantly moving in, Evil Geniuses defended the base with all they had, lighting up hope.
With a few seconds to settle in, Evil Geniuses took the final challenge to end the match, and begin the epic battle in EHOME’s base. Miraculously, the NA boys took down all of EHOME’s heroes. With the Dire Ancient completely empty, Evil Geniuses won Game 1 and is considered one of the most memorable comeback victories in Dota 2 history.
Speed Gaming vs. Team DK, MLG Columbus Finals, Game 3
At the end of 2013, the 5 Asian superstars united and created the most famous squad in Dota 2. Dubbed DK, the squad consisted of veteran players like “BurNIng” Zhilei, Chai “Mushi” Yee Fung, and Lei “MMY!” Zengrong. DK played extremely successfully in the WPC Ace League China season, winning 30 out of 36 matches.
