Strange FPS game for players to turn off the anti-Hack feature

Reach will officially support mods in the future, but the developer 343 Industries decided not to wait until then to satisfy the fans’ wishes. The developer confirms that all players can disable anti-cheat and freely replace game files without any penalty.

While it is not possible to play multiplayer or use matchmaking, players can create their own or custom matches. After using the mod, the player can replace the modified files with the original file and re-enable the anti-cheat mode.

A representative of 343 Industries confirmed this to a Reddit user. “We’re still working on working on this, but for now you have the option to turn off anti-cheat. However you can only play the campaign and custom modes, matchmaking will be available. lock.”

This is great news for the Halo modding community on PC. The limitation on custom matches will certainly be offset by other tweaks and new content from other games modder.​
