Although information about Squad Enix’s Final Fantasy 7 Remake has been trickled in recent times, producer Yoshinori Kitase has recently updated fans with the game’s progress. Final Fantasy 7 concept art was released ahead of the 30th anniversary of Final Fantasy “Farewell Stories”. The celebration will take place at the Mori Art Exhibition Center in Ropponghi Hills, Tokyo from January 22 to February 28.
As we can see in the tweet posted by user “junshine”, fans are looking forward to getting their first look at Final Fantasy 7 Remake, including the character designs and in-game environments. More precisely, these pictures are part of the “Words Aerith Left Behind” exhibition.

Square Enix’s 30th Anniversary Final Fatansy Exhibition commemorates the franchise’s historical stories, giving fans new and old alike a closer look at Final Fantasy’s origins and past . Maybe there will be a fan signing session, images in the game or concept art like pictures, it seems that the publisher and game maker intends to let people know something at this event.
While the final shots of “junshen” do not include protagonists and villains like Cloud or Sephiroth, the original materials are still referenced by the artists and designers to create the Final Fatansy 7 world. With the FF7 Remake likely to be released at the end of 2018, fans are looking forward to Square Enix announcing more information about the game as well as pushing the release time as soon as possible.
Final Fantasy 7 Remake is currently in development for the PlayStation 4.
