Ragnarok X: Next Generation – Super MMORPG is about to hit the Southeast Asian Mobile village

A Korean developer recently shocked the release Mobile MMORPG New Ragnarok, Ragnarok X: Next Generation through another company in the Southeast Asian market. Previously, this game went through a number of Closed Beta in China under the management of Tencent. More than a year has passed, so the content of the game may have changed significantly compared to the beta version. So which company was chosen as the Southeast Asian server publisher for Ragnarok X: Next Generation? That is ByteDance.

ByteDance is the parent company of the popular app TikTok. ByteDance entered the game market in China a few months ago, and this is the company’s first time acting as a game publisher in the international market. First, ByteDance will release Ragnarok X: Next Generation in Taiwan later this year. There is currently no specific schedule for the Southeast Asia server.

Although Ragnarok X: Next Generation has gone through a number of Closed Betas in China since 2018, the game has yet to be released in this market. Players should note that Ragnarok X: Next Generation and Ragnarok Origin are two separate titles.
