PUBG suddenly collaborated with… Blackpink

Blackpink is a music group Korean pop known worldwide for hits like “Kill This Love” (currently has over 1.3 billion views on YouTube) and “How You Like That” (over 900 million views). PUBG is a shooting game battle royale blockbuster, recently renamed PUBG: Battlegrounds. What’s more surprising than Blackpink and PUBG working together.

The PUBG Blackpink event runs from August 8 to September 7 and will include special missions designed to distribute Blackpink-themed fashion items. During the event, Blackpink-themed wall art and decals will appear on PUBG maps. The supply crates are also decorated with a Blackpink theme and emit pink smoke.

The items in the bundle exclusively for each Blackpink member include hair, performance costumes, emblems, nameplates and even weapons. However, the fashion items of the event will not directly use the images of the four female idols. However, this cooperation is still good news for fans of both Blackpink and PUBG.
