Things to know when playing PUBG Mobile Infection Mode
What is Infection Mode?
Infection Mode, also known as Infection Mode, is a new update mode in the Zombie game mode of the shooter PUBG Mobile 0.14.0. However, instead of you and your team going to fight game-controlled zombies like before, the player will be divided into two teams, one team.People“and a team”Zombie“.
Team Human will protect themselves from infection during a round, while Zombie is responsible for attacking, infecting the entire team of Humans.
Depending on which team you are on, the winning conditions will be different. And especially, each team will have different character classes with different special skills. Players will compete for a certain amount of time on the Lost Harbor map – a map with a fairly small and complex area.
How to play Infection Mode in PUBG Mobile?
As just said, the Infection Mode in PUBG Mobile has a special way of playing and no matter the team, it will be controlled by the player. The specific game rules are as follows:
- Each time there will be 12 players, divided into 2 teams (Team Person 9 / Team Zombie 3).
- In which team the players are arranged, is completely random.
- Players will play all 3 rounds, playing time each round will be 3 minutes.
- A round ends only when the time is up, or when one of the two teams has won.
What are the teams in Infection Mode PUBG Mobile 0.14?
The two teams in PUBG Mobile Infection are Humans and Zombies (see “Character classes in PUBG Mobile Infection”). Team Human will consist of 9 members, while Zombie will have only 3 members. However, by default, zombies will have faster movement speed.
Team division in this mode is completely random, members of the two teams will possess different skills. Use these abilities to plan combat with your teammates so you can easily win.
Characteristics of Human team:
- Team people have 2 character classes Defender and Vanquisher.
- Defenders use guns and are granted 660 bullets, 2 normal sights (Holo and Red dot types).
- When the first 3 people are defeated, the other 6 people of the Human team will transform into the Vanquisher (higher level).
- These Vanquisher have no guns, but are flexible, have high HP and are special, they use blades to deal damage (greater than with guns) to zombies.
Features of Team Zombie:
- Includes 3 character classes: Speed Zombie (speed), Stealth Zombie (invisibility) and Zombie King (buff HP).
- The zombies have the advantage of speed and only need one hit to defeat Defender.
When do you win in Infection Mode?
For each team, the winning conditions will be determined differently. Specifically:
With Team People:
- Within 3 minutes, must kill all zombies and not be infected.
With Team Zombie:
- Infect and turned all of the Humans into corpses.
Some notes to know
With Team People:
- If you are playing in Team Human, try to make the most of the ammo you have. Because of personal experience, many people on this team when being attacked by zombies often run away and forget that they have 660 bullets. While if running, the speed of the zombie is definitely faster than you. And more importantly, just 1 hit from zombies, you will also “switch teams”.
- Never be too close together when the match starts, as you will not know which of the people next to you will become zombies.
- Guns can attack continuously and from a distance, try to form a group of 2.3 people. Choose to be entrenched in high positions or cannot be attacked from multiple directions. Then focus on attacking the target and take turns assisting teammates when changing bullets.
- Make use of the rooftops, high-rise towers to attack from many directions.
- With the Vanquisher, they can kill zombies with just 1 hit, however, should not be too subjective. Remember, as long as 1 person is alive, the Human team will win.
- The player who produces the most damage wins MVP.
With Team Zombie:
- Having the advantage of speed and HP “buffalo”, be flexible to move and attack wisely.
- Always go in groups of 2-3 to shield and overwhelm the opponent.
- Use the jump floats to jump high, surprise attack opponents.
- Use your special skills properly.
- Try to “eat” the box on the top of the tower to become the Zombie King.
- The Zombie King has stronger attack power, slow speed, but can increase HP and resistance for other zombies.
