PUBG’s update 12 is quite “overwhelming”, with a map selection menu, an improved Miramar, a pitiful vehicle called Mirado, and as usual some tweaks and changes. In addition, this update also focuses on weapon balance, which PUBG Corp thinks will need to wait longer to ensure the test is available on the official server.
“We will keep the changes in the test server for longer than usual,” the studio said. “We will listen and make changes based on your feedback before this update goes live. So feel free to share your thoughts with us!”
As the studio said last week, they will be reducing the power of certain weapons in the game so that players have more options with different types of guns, instead of just focusing on using the most powerful one. To make that happen, pistols, SMGs, and LMGs will be buffed (with the exception of Tommy Gun, which is too perfect right now), while shotguns and rifles will be nerfed, and DMR will be nerfed. – Designed Maskman Rifle (semi-automatic aiming guns) slightly balanced.
Mirado is a “classic muscle”, only available on the Miramar map. According to the Mirado developer, it will “complement other unique vehicles at Miramar: the Van is quite solid, but slow and ineffective if not on asphalt, the ‘pickup’ moves very well on the outside and inside. then Mirado was the fastest car to launch on the highway.”
This update also adds the new weapon SLR, the 7.62mm DMR and has higher recoil than the SKS, with lots of new weapon attachments, map selection (allows you to choose multiple maps, and the map will be random. course – pretty useless at the moment but will come in handy when new maps come out). You can read the full update on Steam.
