Path of Exile: Expedition – Expansion of the world famous Online Game officially launched

RPG cut and slash Path Of Exile just released one more expansion pack, bringing many updates, improvements, and a whole new challenge tournament. Path Of Exile: Expedition is a boom, challenging the player to set foot in the exploration locations and destroy all the monsters there.

The developer of Grinding Gear Games explains that: “In Expedition Challenge League (challenge tournament), the player will meet and assist a group of Kalguuran merchants in recovering rune artifacts. At the marked exploration locations, the player needs to calculate where and how to place explosives and detonators. Explosions will awaken the undead Kalguurs. The player’s task is to destroy the monsters above to collect equipment and artifacts buried in the expedition.

After a successful expedition, the player can deliver the artifact to the Kalguuran merchants. Players can also create Logs that lead to other exploration locations and trade with other players.

Besides the challenge tournament, Expedition also bring Skill Gems new with a total of 19 types of gems. Readers can see detailed information about skill gems in Expedition’s patch note here. In addition, the first Chapter of the POE has also been significantly changed, including buffing monsters, making them more dangerous, and adding new enemy types of the Cell Crawler and Ghoul series.​
