The Epic Mega Sale is still going on, which means we’re getting another new game. This week, Epic Games is giving away the kitchen co-op game Overcooked. Before that, Epic Games gave away Grand Theft Auto V, Civilization VI and Borderlands: The Handsome Collection. Starting now, you can get Overcooked for free on the Epic Games Store.
Overcooked is a kitchen management game, but there are many surprises in the gameplay. You will control one of four chefs and together, have to do many things in the kitchen: take orders from guests, arrange dishes, etc. The game has a time limit and the goal is to serve as many guests as possible.
Things become very interesting with Overcooked, because the kitchen can take place on many different terrains, for example two trucks running in parallel will become your kitchen area, or working on a conveyor belt. This is an entertaining co-op game that is fun as well as healthy competition.
Epic Mega Sale this time has a little change. A few weeks ago, a leaked image from Reddit predicted the games that were free in this sale. Previously, the image correctly predicted: Grand Theft Auto V, Civilization VI and Borderlands: The Handsome Collection. This is the first time this list is wrong: according to the picture, Ark: Survival Evolved is a free game.
Even so, Overcooked is still an interesting game, and is on the list of the top two-player PC games.
