League of Legends will launch 120 new skins in 2020, prioritizing the “stepbrother”

Through a video from the development team, Riot Games revealed to players part of their upcoming plans with League of Legends. According to statistics, Riot has released about 80 skin in 2018, this number in 2019 is around more than 100, the developer is aiming to increase this number to 120 skins in the near future.​

The new year will begin with Mecha Kingdoms – skins for Garen, Leona, Draven, Sett and Jax. The first images of this skin series were revealed through the trailer on December 10. Riot Games’ “stepbrother” is also ready to change its appearance in this new year, which can be named Xerath, Morderkaiser, Kindred, Rek’Sai…​

Of course, Riot’s beloved children so far will continue to be cared for. Belliss shared that releasing new skins for champions with a huge player base will create resources for Riot to dedicate themselves to developing skins with less-loved champions.​
