Anivia – Frost Phoenix
- R – Snowstorm: Ice rain ramp-up time increased from 2s to 3s.
Aphelios – Twin Moon Warrior
- Severum Star Gun: Heal reduced from 8 to 25% of damage dealt to 3 to 20% of damage dealt
- Infernun Inferno: Deal damage to minions reduced from 45% AOE damage to 30% AOE (Spread)
- Ascension Wheel Crescendum: Chakram base attack reduced from 30 to 173% total damage to 24 to 164% total damage.
Darius – General Noxus
- W – Strike: Mana cost increased from 30 to 40. Physical damage reduced from 50/55/60/65/70% total attack damage to 40/45/50/55/60% total damage love.
- E – Capture: Mana cost changed from 45 to 70/60/50/40/30 mana based on level
Draven – The Proud Executioner
- W – Pulse: Movement speed decay increased from 40/45/50/55/60% to 50/55/60/65/70%
Garen – The Power of Demacia
- Magic Resistance increased by 1.25 per level to 0.75
- E – Judgment: Crit chance reduced from 50% to 33%
Hecarim – The Phantom of War
- R – Ghost Knight: Terrifying duration increased from 0.75-1.5 seconds (based on distance traveled) to 0.75 – 2 seconds (based on distance traveled)

- R – Clone: Clone reduces panel damage from 75% to 60% of total damage
Soraka – The Maiden
Heal increased from 40/50/60/70/80 (ability strength +0.3) to 50/60/70/80/90 (ability strength +0.3).
Movement speed increased from 10 to 20% to 15 to 25%.
Twisted Fate – God of Cards
Green card AP ratio increased from 0.5 to 0.9 ability
Red card AP ratio increased from 0.5 to 0.6 ability

- Magic Resistance reduced from 32.1 to 28

Passive: Iron Skin
- Armor adjusted from 4/6/8 (at levels 1/7/13) for each nearby champion to five to 11 (from levels 1-18) for each nearby champion.
- Wukong no longer grants 4/6/8 (level 1/7/13) magic resistance to each nearby champion.
- Restores 0.5% of maximum health every 5s
- Bounties are increased by 62.5% for five seconds each time Wukong, or his decoy hits an enemy or monster, stacks up to eight times for a total bonus of 500 percent.
Q – Set of Thousand Pound Tables
- Base attack damage increased from 10/40/70/100/130 (+0/0.1/0.2/0.3/0.4 total attack damage) to 30/55/80/105/130 (+0.5 points attack damage).
- Cooldown increased from 9/8/7/6/5s to 9/8.5/8/7.5/7s.
- The distance range is adjustable from 125 to 75/100/125/150/175.
- Every time Wukong or one of his Clone deals damage with basic attacks or spells, Q’s cooldown is reduced by 0.5 seconds.
- Casting time depends on attack speed.
W – Bird of Prey
- Has an extra 300 distance, can glide through walls
- Stealth duration reduced from 1.5s to 1s

R – Tornado
- Wukong can now be used up to a second time within eight seconds. The second time will not knock up enemies that were knocked up the first time. Rotation can be canceled after 0.5s

- Damage per second adjusted from 20 to 200 (+1.1 total damage) to 4-8% of maximum health (+1.1 total damage).

- Distance to target while panning reduced from 175 to 50.

- W – Energy Blast: Center damage amplification increased from 50 percent increase to 66.7 percent increase.
- R – Magic Ritual: Damage per shot increased from 200/240/280 (ability power +0.43) to 200/250/300 (ability power +0.45).

- Q- Blind Dart: Lasts 100% against monsters
- E – Poison Shot: Deal 150% damage to monsters
Yorick – Guide of Souls
- Passive / Soul Guide: Killing large monsters will always leave a grave
- Summoned Mist will only take 50% damage from monsters
Zyra – Thorns of Rebellion
- Zyra’s plants deal 150% more damage to monsters
Top lane change

Stats changed from 80 attack damage and 10% cooldown reduction to 50 attack damage, 30 armor, 30 magic resistance and 10% cooldown reduction

Move
Cooldown changed from 360s to 420s to 240s based on level.
Increases movement speed by 30 to 50% on level-based teleport completion. (Increases every 10% at level 6 and level 11)
