Kimetsu no Yaiba will have a Mobile version released this year

In a recent announcement on Weibo, Aniplex shared, Kimetsu no Yaiba will have two versions: PS4 and Mobile. While the PS4 version is expected to launch in 2021, mobile gamers will get to experience the game early in 2020.

Gotouge launched Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba for the first time in February 2016 in Weekly Shonen Jump. The series revolves around Kamando Tanjirou – a kind, intelligent boy who lives with his family in the mountains, but his peaceful life is destroyed when his family is attacked by massacres by demons. Only Tanjirou and his sister Nezuko survived the massacre, however his sister has now turned into a demon. Tanjirou later joined the Demon Slayer and was trained to become a demon slayer, always harboring thoughts of revenge for his family and helping his sister become a human again.​

It was this manga that inspired the Anime series of the same name that premiered in April 2019, which is also the prototype for Aniplex’s upcoming game. Currently, not too much information about the game has been shared, we only know that in the game, players will be playing the main character Tanjiro Kamando.
