On March 16, Shueisha Weekly Shonen Jump announced Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba will come to gamers with a version PS4 and a Mobile version in the form of Battle Royale. The PS4 version of the game will be developed by CyberConnect 2, the studio behind Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot and Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm.
Today, the latest images of the game have been released, but no details related to the gameplay have been revealed so we do not know what modes the game will adopt. But it can be seen that this teaser has the same image quality as the Kimetsu no Yaiba anime, which has received a lot of praise.
The mobile version of the game, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Keppuu Kengeki Royale also delivered a teaser this morning. In the game, players will be divided into two factions Demon Slayer and Demon. Of course, the goal of the players on each faction is to try to take out all the members of the opposing team. The game’s maps are also inspired by the world of Demon Slayer, from the trailer as can be seen, players can play most of the demons in the first season of the Demon Slayer anime.
Aniplex will be the publisher of both games, while Ufotable and Shueisha will act as producers.
