DML Mobile is a very hot name when the convenience of mobile phone warfare is maximized to play “dignity chess” at anytime, anywhere. Currently, Riot has released a limited regional version of the Close Beta and Vietnam is unfortunately not one of the countries that can play the beta version. Instructions to register a LOL account to experience early Teamfight Tactics – TFT Mobile
First you access the link to register LOL at either EUNE or OCE server.
Server EUNE (Europe)

At the first screen, enter your Email and press the button Start.
In the next window, select your date of birth in the order: Day, Month, Year and press next.
Next, you need to enter a name in the UserName box, as well as a password in the Password and Confirm Password boxes. Remember to check the box I agree to the Term of Use and i have read and acknowledge the Privacy. Finally click next.
So you have completed the account registration process already. Now try to download the game and use the account you just registered to log in. Note that when entering the game, remember to choose the correct server that you have registered. If not, you will not be able to login.
Currently, TCL Mobile is only being tested in the Test phase, and there is no support for iOS OS yet. But surely NPH will be officially released in the near future, so don’t worry too much.
