*Load Photoshop latest version

First, open the photo you want to edit in Photoshop.

Next you choose Layers > Layers Backgroundthen select Layer Background to convert the image to Layer 0.

You choose Create new Layer to create Layer 1. Next, drag Layer 1 below Layer 0 and then fill the white font.

Next you need to create a layer mask for Layer 0 by going to Layers > Layer Masks then choose Hide All.

Now the image will display as below.

You choose the tool Brush Toolthen select Square Brush to select the square pen.

Come in Window > Brushestick the box Shape Dynamics then set the parameters as below.

You also choose Scattering and set the parameters as below.

Now tick and hover over the image. You can also choose the size of the pen to your liking.

Final result.
