Instructions for activating the Cross-Play feature of Diablo Immortal

Diablo Immortal can be played on mobile devices or PC and players can freely share their progress on any device. To do this, the player just needs to set Battle.net account and sign in to that account on your phone or tablet.

By default, players can experience Diablo Immortal on mobile devices without login credentials. After installing and opening the application, the game will set up a “guest” account for the user. However, access to guest accounts is restricted, players can only use this account type on a single device, unless cloud backup is enabled.

If you want to take advantage cross progress, players need to find the login option in the mobile client and log in to their Battle.net account. Then all game progress on the phone can be accessed from the PC.

On the mobile app, players can find the login option in the top left corner, where a default avatar appears similar to the one used by Battle.net. Players will see their username and “Guess” button below, click on this button the “Connect your account” screen will appear. The final step is to create a new Battle.net account or log in to an existing one. For those who already have a Battle.net account on their PC, when they sign in to that account, they’ll get an option to link Diablo Immortal to their mobile device.
