Bleach is the next manga to join the competition lineup of Jump Force, Bandai Namco’s 3D fighting game. All three Bleach characters are playable in Jump Force, consisting of two main characters and one villain. Ichigo Kurosaki and Rukia Kuchiki, the focus of the first arc of the series, will appear alongside villain Sosuke Aizen.
According to Bandai Namco, all three are playable in Jump Force. Previously, the company confirmed at first that not all characters will be playable, some will only play a supporting role. It is possible that other characters from Bleach will also appear in the game, but as a support.
Will we see any tricks from the Bleach characters? This is still a mystery that Bandai Namco has not revealed. Will we be able to see Final Getsuga Tensho and Ichigo’s Mugetsu? It would be a big omission if they didn’t appear in Jump Force. Hopefully the gameplay trailer of Ichigo and other characters will be out soon.
In addition to the three characters in Bleach, Bandai Namco also announced a new map. At launch, players will be able to battle in Hong Kong, described as “one of the most vibrant and modern cities in the world.” The Hong Kong map will incorporate elements of One Piece: each map in Jump Force will combine a real-world location with a Jump series.
Bleach is the next series to join Jump Force. Before that, we had confirmation from Dragon Ball, Naruto, One Piece and Death Note. In addition, fans expect to see more Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, Hunter X Hunter, and My Hero Academia. Not only that, Bandai Namco can add other famous series into the game. Let’s wait for more announcements from the developer.
Jump Force will launch in 2019 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
