Step 6: Enter your email address and there to receive a link containing Instagram data including photos, profile information, …, then click select next (next).
Step 7: Re-enter your Instagram password again and then click Request Download (requires download). Instagram will send you the file to the email address you entered.
Step 8: Open the email, then find and click Download Data to Download a ZIP file containing all your Instagram data including messages, photos and videos that you have posted on the platform.

Step 9: Proceed to extract the downloaded ZIP file and find the file named “messages.json“.Open the file with Notepad and you can find and recover deleted messages.
