How to play Ancient Secret mode in PUBG Mobile

PUBG Mobile brought many of the most exciting events of all time. The most anticipated feature in Season 14 is finally out and the event Ancient Secrets going on from date 4/8 to 11/9/2020, challenges players with brain-hacking puzzles in Egyptian Pharaoh-themed tombs.

Instructions for participating in the Ancient Secret event in PUBG Mobile

The Ancient Secret event takes place on Erangel and Miramar maps. Battles will begin as usual on the island but an ancient ruin will appear. Your mission is to reach floating temples in some random locations on the map and defeat the boss mummy to open huge treasure chests.

The temple and ruins were built on the theme of the Egyptian Pharaoh. Players will see a statue made of dust in the sky before starting the game. Then, before landing, the player will be able to know the location of the temples with a new icon appearing on the map.

After the first 5 minutes of the game, the temples will leave the ground and begin to float in the air. You have to hurry to get there. These floating temples are called Ancient Secret Temples. Inside the temple, there are 4 rooms containing puzzles and treasure chests. Players need to solve these puzzles to get loot.

In those temples, treasures are hidden and can be unlocked by solving puzzles of low difficulty. After successfully solving the puzzle, the player will be rewarded with decent loot, such as weapons, ammo and equipment. However, it won’t be a legendary item. Also, be careful to stay in the safe zone when opening treasure chests. You will be cursed and turned into a mummy in seconds.

The player can stay inside the temple while it is floating. It will take you to the safe zone. Each floating temple will have a mummy boss. When entering the temple, you find two statues and press the activation button, the mummy boss will be summoned. Of course, before you can face the boss face-to-face, you will have to deal with the snake minions. Try to act correctly to destroy snakes. Otherwise, they will make you bleed to death.

To eliminate the boss, it is best to aim at the head. When there is little health left, the boss will attack you with a sandstorm. Move quickly to avoid this attack and finish off the boss to earn high-class loot like AWM or Groza guns. After the encounter is over, the temple dissolves and the player returns to the surface to continue the mortal battle.

In addition to these new gameplay features on Miramar and Erangel maps, many special missions and challenges will be coming to the game and bringing with them various rewards for the duration of the event. The Ancient Secret mode only lasts for a few weeks, so take on the challenge and earn some valuable loot before it’s over. In addition, gamers can now participate in the Call of The Pharaoh event in the PUBG Mobile game itself.
