First you visit the VNG Speed League League of Legends download link on Google Play to download and install the game.
Download Alliance: VNG Speed War Android
After the installation is complete, please use your Riot account to log into the game. Refer to the article: How to create a Riot Singapore account to play League of Legends: Express War.
After successful login, the dialog box terms appear, we tick I agree to the Terms of Service… then press Accept.

Error “Unable to login with an account from this region”.
This error occurs because you have not enabled VPN to switch IP to Singapore before logging in for the first time. Fix by turning off the game, then turning on the VPN app, roaming to Singapore and then logging in again.
