God of War reveals the mystery of… Avengers Infinity War

If you are a gamer as well as a movie fan, you must have recognized some similarities of God of War with Marvel in general and Avengers Infinity War in particular. With the setting of Norse mythology, God of War also has for himself familiar images of the Asgard territory such as Odin, Thor nice Baldur.. Although the two sides show completely opposite aspects, they still bring many features from Norse mythology that we are familiar with for so long.

However, that is not the only common point between God of War and Avengers Infinity War.. because recently gamers have discovered a completely new secret in their game. God of War Kratos. Yes, that secret for our own Kratos to wear the ultimate weapon of the universe… that is Infinity Gloves.

The story begins with a side quest called Family Business received from the character Sindri – one of the two dwarves that allows Kratos to trade or upgrade his equipment. Throughout the length of this quest, the player will receive a Talisman named “Shattered Gauntlet of Ages“, the thought is just as normal as many other charms in the game. But if you look deeply into the description, players will see the words:

These “shards” turned out to be another version of Norse mythology for 6 tablets Infinity stone of the Marvel universe and the Shattered Gauntlet of Ages is the Infinity Gauntlet of the mad Titan Thanos. These include:​

• Andvari’s Soul – Soul Stone.​

• Njord’s Temporal Stone – Time Stone.​

• Eye of the Outer Realm – Space Stone.​

• Ivaldi’s Corrupted Mind – Mind Stone.​

• Asgard’s Shard of Existence – Reality Stone.​

• Muspelheim Eye of Power – Power Stone.​

If fully upgrade the gauntlet and install the full set of 3, Kratos can project energy directly at the enemy with extreme damage. Therefore, this weapon not only plays the role of “Easter Egg” for the Avengers Infinity War movie, but also directly supports the player in combat.
