Explore the scary suburbs in Hello Neighbor 2 Alpha 1.5

In July, developer tinyBuild announced Hello Neighbor 2 – the sequel to the popular horror game revolving around sneaking into the creepy neighbor’s house and released the first Alpha version. The Alpha version is a great way for developers to get feedback from players and adjust gameplay accordingly. And for players, it’s an opportunity to experience for free what will be in the official release.

Recently, tinyBuild has released Hello Neighbor 2 Alpha 1.5, along with a short introductory video, giving players a better look at what to expect in this new Alpha.

Man with a beak

Welcome to Raven Brooks! A small town that seems to be having a serious problem with many people suddenly disappearing… The game is set right after the events taking place in… Hello Neighbors first and Neighbor was gone.

You play as Quentin, a local journalist investigating this series of disappearances. Your investigative skills and a bit of luck lead you to a creepy abandoned house only to discover it’s occupied by a mysterious beaked character who doesn’t seem to really like trick or treat. Naturally, you want to sneak into this house to find out what’s going on, because politely knocking on the door never brings a big news to anyone.

New tricks and tricks

The original gameplay allows the player to explore the creepy abandoned house and surrounding open world while being watched by the crow-like AI. Players must solve difficult puzzles while defeating the crow-like man or hiding from him. This latest update improves almost every aspect of the game!

The current Guest character is smarter and his habits are also more complicated. That means more fun puzzles and interactions both indoors and out in the open world. The level design has been reworked to make it a little easier for new players to breathe while still facing many challenges. And, of course, there’s a giant Halloween puzzle.

Hello Neighbor 2 Alpha 1.5 brings new trailers and endings that will enrich the story of the Hello Neighbor universe and possibly new characters.
