This year’s E3 may not be as busy as previous years: EA and Sony won’t show up during the main week. EA will continue the EA Play event the weekend before the main week. Meanwhile, Sony will skip E3 entirely to focus on finding new locations for its fans. The E3 organizers are going through a worrisome period, but it looks like other companies are still using the event as an opportunity to showcase their games.
Microsoft has confirmed it will attend E3 2019, as well as Nintendo, Bethesda, Activision, Ubisoft, Square Enix, Konami, Capcom, Take-Two, Epic Games, and Warner Bros. We are sure to have a huge list of games. Not to mention, Microsoft last year did not have many changes so people predict that this year’s Xbox / Microsoft will have a lot of interesting games in its show.
Below is a list of the games that are confirmed to appear at E3, as well as the games that are rumored to have a high chance of making it.
CYBERPUNK 2077 – JOIN
CD Projekt Red finally shared a rather lengthy gameplay demo at E3 2018, so Cyberpunk 2077’s continued attendance at E3 2019 makes us curious about what they’re about to show. Surely the important information that people want to know is the release date. E3 2019 will be a good place for the studio team to talk about the launch schedule.
HALO INFINITE – JOIN
We got a glimpse of Halo Infinite at E3 2018 so hopefully this time we’ll see more of the game. The new Halo game is nicknamed the “true reboot” by the studio. With the absence of Sony, Halo will likely make Microsoft the focus of E3 this time.
MONSTER HUNTER WORLD: ICEBORN
We already knew quite a bit about Capcom’s icy expansion before Monster Hunter World: Iceborne came out, but everyone will know a lot more at this year’s E3. Obviously, the game will have a lot of weapons and equipment for you to plow, but we are really curious about the monsters we will face: the return of Nargacuga, then the ice dragon Velkhana. And yet, the map of Monster Hunter World Iceborne will be on par with the main game, giving players more space to adventure and fight.
DOOM ETERNAL – JOIN
Bethesda continues to hold its E3 screening with the promise of a lot of “focus” on Doom Eternal. The gameplay and information about Doom Eternal at Quakecon were enough to heat up the Doom Eternal fever, but what we really want to know is the game’s release date.
NEW DARKSIDERS GAME – CONFIRMED
Everyone is looking forward to this E3 2019, but if you are a fan of Darksiders, you will be even more anxious. According to the E3 calendar, we are told that ‘Darksiders 4’ will appear. According to the information obtained, the show titled ‘Darksiders: Action Adventure Evolved’ will be “announced at E3 2019 with a new Darksiders game that takes the franchise in a whole new direction”. This probably won’t be a new installment – since Darksiders 3 only came out last year, but either way, it’s still exciting news.
OUTRIDERS – CONFIRMATION
We will soon know Square Enix’s Outriders game at E3 2019. The Outriders Twitter account was active in May, but mostly revolves around mysterious in-game messages. Most recently, we got a glimpse of the trailer showing a strange character coming out of the hibernation machine and this person is really unhappy about everything around.
This could be Square Enix’s collaborative project with the development team of Gears of War: Judgment, People Can Fly. Details about the game are quite few at the moment, but this will definitely be an AAA shooter.
AVENGERS GAMES – CONFIRMED
Square Enix’s Avengers project has been very tight-lipped since it was announced in 2017. However, that all changed at this year’s E3, where Marvel confirmed the game would be on the list of games announced at E3 2019 by Square Enix. .
We don’t know much about it except that the studio Crystal Dynamics, responsible for the past Tomb Raider series, will handle the development. In addition, developer Eidos Montreal (game Deus EX), is also involved in this project.
EVIL GENIUS 2 – CONFIRMED
Rebellion is about to bring part 2 after 15 years of waiting until E3 2019 (the simulation game that rules the world). Studio UK just confirmed the news on Twitter, along with Sniper Elite VR and an unannounced game.
We don’t know much about Evil Genius 2, but the first part is a real-time strategy single player game, heavily influenced by the James Bond 007 movies. Obviously, you’ll be the bad guy on a quest for world domination. , against the heroic forces.
SNIPER ELITE VR- CONFIRMED
The favorite slow-motion shooter has also got its own VR version and it will be available at E3 this year.
The Sniper Elite series is based on the gunner and bullet tracking formula – this is the formula that makes the Sniper Elite series stand out among other world war titles.
DYING LIGHT 2 – CONFIRMED
Techland has confirmed Dying Light 2 will be one of the games featured at E3 2019. The studio promises to bring a new look at the game, most likely completely new gameplay – what remains that everyone is waiting for. The game’s release date.
BORDERLANDS 3 – CONFIRMED
We know Borderlands 3 will be revealed on May 1, 2019, but it would be remiss if Gearbox didn’t share more about the game at E3 2019 when the game’s release date is not far away.
GEARS 5 – HIGH POSSIBILITY
We got a glimpse of Gears 5 at E3 2018 so it’s obviously going to be on the E3 2019 game list, possibly gearing up for a Gears 5 gameplay video. Thanks to a tweet from Microsoft’s Phil Spencer, we know. Gears 5 is playable and “looks great”. In addition, people may know more about Gears Tactics at E3 2019, as we have had almost no information about this spin-based spin-based game since E3 2018. Hopefully this is the time for Gears 5 announced release date.
SESSION – HIGH POSSIBILITY
We expect Microsoft’s skateboarding game to be fully announced after a lot of trailers were shared at E3 2018.
BEYOND GOOD & EVIL 2 – HIGH POSSIBILITY
Ubisoft is quite known about its darling Beyond Good and Evil 2, but with two appearances at E3 last year, it is highly likely that we will see more of the game at this E3 2019.
CONTROL – HIGH POSSIBILITY
With Control’s release date set for August 27, 2019, E3 2019 will certainly be Remedy’s last chance to share his mysterious game.
STAR WARS JEDI: FALLEN ORDER – HIGH POSSIBILITY
Respawn Entertainment will most likely appear at EA Play to share more details about its Star Wars game. The studio is currently busy with the success of Apex Legends and focused on this singleplayer Star War game. We already know the release date of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order and E3 is a great event to reveal more information about the game.
STARFIELD – HIGH POSSIBILITY
We know for sure that Bethesda will have her own show at E3 2019 and Doom Eternal will be the face this time, but does the studio have anything more to add? Chances are we won’t know anything more about Elder Scrolls 6 since Starfield is Bethesda’s next big project. The company has not shared anything but the trailer of this space game, so the gameplay and Starfield release date are worth looking forward to.
FIFA 20 – HIGH POSSIBILITY
New installments of the football series haven’t been announced yet, but we do have an annual FIFA release, and they’ll likely appear again at E3. FIFA 20 is likely to be present at the EA Play event.
DRAGON AGE – HAS BEING ABLE
We learned about the new Dragon Age game at the Game Awards 2018 so EA announcing more part 4 of this game series at E3 2019 is possible.
FINAL FANTASY – HAS THE CAPACITY
If you’ve been waiting for news about Final Fantasy 16 or the Final Fantasy VII Remake, chances are Square Enix will share some new FF information at E3 2019. As for Final Fantasy XVI, it’s honestly too early to tell. What’s new about the sequel? But FF VII is definitely what Final Fantasy fans have been waiting for.
JUDGE DREDD GAME – HAS A POSSIBLE
Rebellion will be announcing the new title at E3 2019 during the PC Gaming Show on June 10. We don’t know much, except for small hints that it could be a Judge Dredd game. Rebellion boss Jason Kingsley said in 2017 that the company was open to third-party developers and publishers who wanted to use 2000 AD’s library.
