Dota 2: Winter Event Frosthaven and Arcana Rubick Appear

Grand Magus Rubick leads the army into Frosthaven, with the intention of uprooting the Frostivus tree to discover its mysterious power. To stop this lost mage, five heroes must protect the tree – and fight to keep Frostivus’ soul alive!

THE LAST HOPE OF THE HOLIDAY

Defend the old tree from each attack. Work together to get the XP and gold you need to survive. Heal and regenerate turrets after each attack, to revive fallen friends and use smart shrines to keep the team fighting.

NEW SKILLS FOR MISSIONS

Four new moves have been added. Open bundles to use items, add abilities to your Frosthaven collection. You can bring them into normal games (except for their effects).

GIFT FOR EVERYONE

Each Frosthaven battle will award points based on the number of turns you survive. Points that unlock various rewards, chat wheel sounds, and gifts are located next to the Frostivus tree.

GINGERBEARD BABY ROSHAN

Among the Frosthaven rewards, you will have the opportunity to receive the extremely rare fruit – Immortal Gingerbeard Baby Roshan courier.

UNLOCK 115 CHARACTER EFFECTS

When Rubick steal the move, Magus Cypher will have its own effect depending on the hero casting the move. When you win a game with Rubickthe hero will learn his own arcane move, up to 115 different moves, each with a separate effect.

Immortal’s Shoulder Item Rubick obtained from the latest Trove Carafe now adds a new style that allows it to show the same color as Arcana’s Rubick when Grand Manus steals the move
