Cyberpunk 2077’s new DLC will include a lot of exciting content.
Cyberpunk 2077 is the next game from the creator of The Witcher series, CD Projekt Red. Set in a futuristic world, in a “dark future” of the year 2077, where advanced technology has become “the salvation and curse of mankind”. Players will step foot into the brilliant city of dreams, a metropolis of giant buildings decorated with dazzling screens, where humans combine with futuristic technology.
After nearly a year of release, the first free DLC of Cyberpunk 2077 is finally ready for the worldwide gaming community. Accordingly, the developer CD Projekt Red recently officially revealed that the first free DLC of Cyberpunk 2077 will be released with the upcoming 1.3 patch. The DLC will bring various improvements, a bunch of new skins for the character, but no additional storyline for the game.
Specifically about the first DLC for Cyberpunk 2077, there will be three small additions to the game, mainly about the variety of character skins. Just like the alternate skins found in The Witcher 3, players will receive an alternate look for Johnny Silverhand. The character will receive a new black coat and a new rockerboy haircut. For V, two new clothing options will be added, the Syn-Leather Deltajock jacket and the Luminescent Punk jacket. The items will be added to the player’s inventory in V’s apartment after completing the quest The Ride.
Finally, there’s a new Archer Quartz “Bandit” vehicle, available as a bonus for the Ghost Town quest from Dakota or Rogue. Gamers can also buy this exotic muscle car at vendors at any time. Sadly for fans and the gaming community, CD Projekt Red is not ready to reveal about adding new story content to the game, even though it has been more than eight months since the game’s launch.
Many of the content and gameplay tweaks introduced in the Patch 1.3 update of Cyberpunk 2077 probably don’t change the game to be more perfect like waiting fans such as 3rd person, fix remove all bugs and improve the physics system. Some previous patches even introduced new bugs themselves, which caused many gamers to lose faith in Cyberpunk 2077 as well as CD Projekt Red.
Cyberpunk 2077 is currently available for PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
