MiBR manager Ricardo ‘dead’ Sinigalia has just revealed they almost own superstar Oleksandr ‘s1mple’ Kostyliev.
s1mple is famous for his CSGO shooting skills, making many international squads want to own him, especially when he is currently considered the best CSGO player right now.
“We never thought about s1mple at the time,” explained dead. “We thought of ‘NiKo’ and ‘shox’, but ‘shox’ couldn’t go by my wife. He is still interested in our offer.”
“Then there was NiKo and ‘rain’, but rain didn’t want to go, and without rain, NiKo wouldn’t go either,” continued the Brazilian manager. “Then we thought about s1mple and KRIMZ because KRIMZ’s contract with Fnatic was about to expire, but things didn’t go as expected.”
s1mple then asked the team to bring in Egor ‘flamie’ Vasilyev, another member of the Navi organization, and then MiBR also invited flamie.
“Just to let everyone know the progress is almost done: flamie was at the airport when s1mple said he wasn’t going anymore,” dead said. “I understand from Navi’s point of view, s1mple is what the team has and they will do all they can to keep him.”
flamie then denied he was at the airport when negotiations failed. He said he actually had a plane ticket, but it was to meet the members of Schroet Kommando.
s1mple signed with the Ukrainian team in August 2016, replacing Danylo ‘Zues’ Teslenko after he joined Gambit Gaming.
By retaining s1mple, Na`Vi helped Na`Vi win StarSeries & i-League CS:GO Season 7, BLAST Pro Series: Copenhagen 2018, and ESL One: Cologne 2018.
