This is entirely possible with Team Liquid. They used to have a CSGO roster with famous European members, like Oleksandar.”s1mple“Kostyliev from Urakine. The team also has Dota 2, PUBG and Valorant teams competing in Europe.
It is possible that Team Liquid is looking to create a second team in Europe. PashaBicep can play against other Polish players or the surrounding area. It is difficult for him to reunite with the former Virtus.Pro members because they are all playing for different CSGO teams.

pasha continues to be Virtus.pro legacy in CSGO
At its peak, Virtus.pro used to be one of the strongest CSGO teams in the world. The Polish team faced off against the likes of Fnatic and Ninja in Pajamas for the world No. 1 spot. During that time, pashaBiceps was among the standout players. He switched between rifler and AWPer, showing his versatility and playing a variety of positions.
When pashaBiceps left Virtus.pro, he also retired from professional CSGO entirely. Since then, he has focused entirely on streaming. However, according to PolishLeaks, pashaBiceps is expected to become the star of Liquid Academy (second team) in the Polish Esports League.
Team Liquid and pashaBiceps have not confirmed this information so we will have to wait more to know more.
