Steam released its annual report on sales figures for 2020, revealing accurate information about the “bumper” games of the year. According to the report, Destiny 2, Fall Guys, Cyberpunk 2077 and Among Us are the names with the highest revenue in the past 12 months.
In the report, the games are divided into various categories, including best selling game, Top new released games and most played. In each category, the games are ranked in platinum, gold, silver and bronze tiers, with platinum in the lead. Each tier is in a random order, allowing multiple games and companies to appear on Steam’s leaderboard. Platinum tier bestsellers include Red Dead Redemption 2, Grand Theft Auto 5, Doom Eternal and some others.
