Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 battle royale map revealed

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 will be out in a month, but now, fans will have the opportunity to try out the game’s Battle Royale mode called Blackout. The Blackout beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 will begin next week, but Treyarch has already begun to tease some aspects of the mode.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 design director David Vonderhaar gave an interview with Game Informer that included 195 quick questions. Here is the total information that is considered the most important:

• The player can pick up armor from the ground, but there will be no decorations on the map.
• This Blackout Map has no official name yet
• Split screen mode is being tested.
• 80 players in beta, but this number may increase or decrease when officially launched
• Most likely there will be more maps.
• Zombies will appear in certain locations on the map, similar to helicopters.
• Players can move loot in the Cargo Truck, with a maximum capacity of 10-20 items.
• Players can carry two main weapons at the same time.
• AI-controlled enemies, in addition to zombies, may be added later.
• The game will not have a third-person perspective.
• A lot of new characters will be added after the game officially launches.
• Nuketown Island will have a mannequin.
• Emotes will be in the game, but they won’t appear in beta.
• The game will feature melee weapons.
• Mason and Reznov are playable characters, but JFK is not in the game.
• Will not support cross-platform play (cross-platform)
• There will be between 20 and 22 characters debuting during the beta period.
• Blackout “could” run at 60 frames per second.

All in all, it looks like the Blackout battle royale in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 will be a basic battle royale game, but with a few exceptions. First, the game will have many different characters for you to choose from, different from regular battle royale games like Fortnite, which often have skins and you can customize the character.

Second, the presence of zombies in the map will also change slightly. Some battle royale games have also added AI-controlled enemies, but not as many as Black Ops 4. We’ll see how the community accepts zombies and if Treyarch has any plans to change anything in Blackout later. when the beta ends or not.
