About a month ago, an online store displayed an HD version of Burnout Paradise. This indicates that the racing game is about to have an updated version for current systems. Now, everything is almost confirmed, as Electronic Arts and Criterion Games have officially announced the remastered version for this game. Burnout Paradise Remastered is out next month.
According to the Burnout Paradise Remastered trailer, the improved version of the racing game will launch on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on March 16, 2018, while the PC version will launch later in the year. The remastered will include all of the Year of Paradise DLC and optimized 4K graphics for PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox One X.

EA Access members will be able to race in Burnout Paradise Remastered on March 9, 2018, thanks to the Play First Trial event that allows players to play the game for 10 hours without limit. Electronic Arts also announced that the game will cost $40, including the original version and all of the game’s DLC.
Racing fans will be pleased to know that Burnout Paradise Remastered will be available on current generations, as many consider it one of the best racing games of the previous generation. It’s been a long time since we heard new news about this game. A few years ago, Criterion Games confirmed they were not working on any new titles for the Burnout series at the time. Hopefully, with the launch of Burnout Paradise Remastered, we will have a successor version in the near future.
