Apex Legends: Secret locations and shortcuts in Kings Canyon map

There are many secret locations and shortcuts in Apex Legends, giving players a huge advantage. This article will point out locations you may already be familiar with.

If you want to play well at Apex Legends, you need to know the map in the palm of your hand.

Knowing more about the game than your opponent can give a great advantage, to help win and become Champion.

YouTuber ‘mfewke’ has put together some of the lesser known locations and shortcuts in the Kings Canyon map that are very useful and can change the game completely.

These locations can be reached very easily with Pathfinder’s Tactical and Ultimate, so the detailed article below will show how to get there using other Legends.

The YouTuber pointed out 11 points and shortcuts. They are listed on the map of the area along with a short description of how to reach them.

• Skull Town: you can climb the bones of the giant skeleton and reach very high places, giving you a wide view of the areas below and around.
• Wetland: Instead of following the normal path to climb, just use small objects to climb the hillside and then climb to the top
• Near Market: A nearby cliff has steps that can be climbed. From there, you will have a view of the Market and surrounding areas.
• The Pit: Climbing the walls inside THE Pit will bring you to a higher step, from where you can shoot unnoticed enemies. The iron bars here also create a good cover if you just want to hide.
• Near Cascades: The hill near Casecades can be difficult to climb if enemies are nearby, but you can avoid the front hill by climbing the rocks to get to the top.
• Two dry skeletons: The giant skeletons near the Wetlands are quite difficult to climb, and the easy way to the top is by using the Jump Tower located to the south.
• Water Treatment: There are two ways to climb to the roofs of large buildings in Water Treatment, aside from using Pathfinder’s skills:
  • Open the second floor doors to the outside, and use them as steps to climb to the roof.
  • Jump Tower near large buildings will let you jump to the roof quite easily
• Airbase: A short and easy way to get through the main building in Airbase is to climb over the fence and then onto the balcony – it cuts through the middle of the building and gives you a view of the area.
• Airbase: The surrounding buildings in the Airbase may be too tall to climb, but climbing the rocks at the surface will get you to the roof
• Central canyon: The central canyon between Cascades and Bridges has three access points into the spacious middle – which is also the site of revival. To avoid a surprise attack, you can climb a nearby cliff to get to a higher position, giving yourself good cover and a good spot to shoot.
