Admire the gameplay of Stronghold: Warlords campaign part

The release date of Stronghold: Warlords is getting closer and closer, and this historic strategy game just released its 40-minute campaign gameplay. In the whole video, fans will be able to see the entire control and fighting style of the game through the Chinese side.

Developer Matt Smith and marketing director Nick Tannahill commented throughout the game, talking about the new features Firefly added compared to the classic Stronghold games, as well as feedback from the community during the Warlords beta. The battle we see in the video is one of the missions in the campaign on the Chinese side and takes place during the Warring States period around 226 BC.

Firefly Studios’ “open-ended development” (constantly updating the game’s progress) for Warlords and attention to fan feedback has paid off, Tannahill said. “With hundreds of thousands of Warlord wishlists, this is the game we’ve been most looking forward to since Stronghold 2.
