Ghost of Tsushima for gamers to transform into Samurai in real life

After a long wait, finally Ghost of Tsushima – blockbuster action game that gamers have been waiting for a while is finally about to officially launch. To celebrate this great day, Sucker Punch Studiosthe developer of the game, has released a special Snapchat filter with the theme Ghost of Tsushima.​

This Snapchat filter allows users to put on a mask like the one that Ghost of Tsushima protagonist Jin Sakai wears in the game. This will give all users the opportunity to see themselves in an intricate and detailed samurai mask. (Readers can experience this filter HERE)​

The head of Sony Interactive Entertainment Mr. Shuhei Yoshida also posted a short video on Twitter to show everyone the effect of this Snapchat filter. Shuhei Yoshida is as excited as many others as Ghost of Tsushima is approaching its release date and this special filter is a great way to celebrate the game’s release. Ghost of Tsushima is an open world adventure game developed by Sucker Punch Studios. The game is set in 13th century Japan, the Mongol army under the command of General Khotun Khan is intending to annex Japan. Many civilians have become victims of war. At this time, Jin Sakai, a Samurai warrior, decided to become a Ghost to have enough strength to fight the invaders.​

The game began to be developed in early December 2015, but it was not until 2018 that the gaming community saw the first images of the game through the E3 event. Ghost of Tsushima is scheduled to release on July 17, exclusively on PS4.​
