Last Saturday, November 7, 2020, Electronic Arts and BioWare confirmed that Mass Effect Legendary Edition will release on PC and console next year.
Mass Effect Legendary Edition will be a compilation and remake of the three main games previously released: Mass Effect (2007), Mass Effect 2 (2010), Mass Effect 3 (2012) but does not include Mass Effect: Andromeda (2017). BioWare has shared on its website that this version will include all the story DLC as well as armor items, weapons, etc. Along with that, all content will be upgraded to 4K Ultra HD format, promises extremely beautiful graphics platform far beyond what fans expect.

BioWare also confirmed that a new Mass Effect installment is in development and at launch will be a “masterpiece of art” in the gaming industry.
Mass Effect: Legendary Edition following Electronic Arts’ two remake efforts, Burnout Remaster, Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered, and Command & Conquer Remastered. EA has been talking about this compilation of Mass Effect since 2016.
Mass Effect: Legendary Edition will release in spring 2021 for PS4, Window PC and Xbox One, and is also compatible for Xbox Series X and PS5.
